Ingredients
- 6 garlic scapes, chopped
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves, or more to taste
- 1/3 cup fresh parsley leaves
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 scallion bulb, trimmed, or more to taste
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup olive oil
