Best Recipe for Pepper Jack, Avocado and Black Beans in a Tortilla
Ingredients
- 4 ounces shredded pepper jack cheese (1 cup)
- 1/2 cup black beans
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 2 8" tortillas
- 1 teaspoon lightly salted butter
Instructions
- Place shredded cheese, beans and avocado onto 1 tortilla.
- Place 2nd tortilla on top.
- Close the sandwich.
- Spread evenly 1/2 teaspoon of lightly salted butter onto each side of the tortilla.
- Grill over moderate heat for approximately 3-4 minutes per side.
- Garnish with sour cream and salsa.
