Peaches and Cream Crepes

Ingredients

  • 4 fresh peaches, pitted and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 6 crepes

Instructions

  1. In bowl combine peaches, sugar and a squirt of lemon. Toss to combine. Spread sour cream over crepe. Top with peaches. Fold into quarters and serve.
