Peach and Pineapple Skewer W/ Honey Glaze
Ingredients
- 4 fresh peaches (sliced)
- 1/4 cup lemon juice mixed with 2 cups of water
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1/2 pineapple cored and cut into thick wedges

Instructions
- Soak peaches in lemon water for 5 to 10 minutes. Combine honey and white wine and mix well. Assemble skewer alternating peach and pineapple. Brush on honey glaze. Grill for 5 minutes on each side.
