Pea and Avocado Dip
Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen peas, defrosted
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt, plus more as needed
- 1 large ripe avocado, peeled, pitted and diced

Instructions
- Add the peas, lime juice, salt and avocado to a food processor and pulse until just combined, but still chunky. Taste and add more salt if necessary. Place in a bowl and serve immediately.
