Papas con Crema Verde

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch cilantro, stems included
  • 6 small yellow chiles, seeded
  • 1 large pale green (Hungarian) chile, seeded
  • 1 bunch green onions, white and green parts included
  • 1 cup Mexican Crema
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lime

Instructions

  1. Place all of the above ingredients in a blender. Blend until very smooth.
  2. Use as a sauce over very hot, boiled, and skinned potatoes.
