Pale Ale Sabayon
Ingredients
- 5 egg yolks
- 1/2 cup pale ale
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- Whisk yolks, ale, sugar and vanilla in mixing bowl. Over a double boiler, whisk and cook the mixture over simmering water until thick. Chill and then serve.
