Ingredients
- 2 oranges, juiced
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon grated orange zest

- Bring the orange juice, soy sauce, chicken stock, and orange zest to a boil in a saucepan. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until the sauce has reduced to half of its original volume, about 30 minutes.
