Orange-Peach Prosecco Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons frozen white grape-peach juice concentrate
  • 1 ounce fruit brandy (orange, peach or raspberry)
  • 1 ounce fresh orange juice (Cara Cara preferred)
  • 6 raspberries
  • 8 to 10 ounces prosecco, chilled

Instructions

  1. Divide the juice concentrate, brandy and orange juice between 2 Champagne flutes; stir. Add 3 raspberries to each glass and top off with prosecco. Serve immediately.
