Ingredients

  • 1 dozen Belon oysters
  • 2 minced shallots
  • 2 lemons, juiced
  • 1 tablespoon super finely minced lemon grass
  • 1 teaspoon finely minced lemon zest

Instructions

  1. Mix all together and lightly top the oysters. Serve on a bed of crushed ice.
