No-Bake Energy Bars

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pitted dates
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 cup cashews

Instructions

  1. Process dates, raisins, and cashews in a food processor until desired consistency is reached. Scoop mixture onto a sheet of waxed paper and form into a square using the paper to help shape it. Cut into 10 bars.
