Best Recipe for Mozzarella Cheeseburgers with Basil Mayonnaise and Tomato Salsa
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 4 slices mozzarella
- Basil Mayonnaise:
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- Salt and pepper
- Tomato Salsa:
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup pimento olives, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Form 1 pound ground beef into 4 patties. Place on heated grill pan. Cook for 5 minutes. Turn and cook for 3 more minutes. Place 1 slice cheese on each burger. Continue to cook for 2 more minutes or until cheese melts. Serve with Basil Mayonnaise and Tomato Salsa;
- Place all ingredients in a blender. Puree until smooth.;
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Let stand for 30 minutes.;
