Morcilla Blood Sausage

Ingredients

  • 12 links blood sausage (about 2 pounds)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Coarse salt and freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Place sausages on the heated grill. Brush with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until done, about 10 to 15 minutes.;
