Ingredients

  • 3-ounce piece daikon, cut a into small pieces
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Pureé daikon in blender with 2 tablespoons water. Strain the mixture and drain 5 minutes. Transfer daikon to small bowl.
  2. Whisk in cayenne and paprika.
