Ingredients
- 3-ounce piece daikon, cut a into small pieces
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika

- Pureé daikon in blender with 2 tablespoons water. Strain the mixture and drain 5 minutes. Transfer daikon to small bowl.
- Whisk in cayenne and paprika.
