Mojito, Mulata, and Badito de Mame Sapote

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ounces Bacardi Limon rum
  • 1 teaspoon fresh squeezed lime juice
  • 5 mint leaves
  • 5 ounces sugarcane juice
  • Ice
  • 3 ounces Bacardi Dark rum
  • 1/2 ounce Dark Creme de Cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • Ice
  • 4 ounces mame pulp
  • 8 ounces milk
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons sugar, to taste
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Pour all ingredients into a glass over ice and shake. Strain into a Martini glass and garnish with mint leaves and lime wedge.;
  2. Pour all ingredients into a glass over ice and strain into a sugar-rimmed glass; garnish with a wedge of lime.
  3. Yield: 1 serving
  4. Pour all ingredients into a blender, and blend until milkshake consistency. Pour into a tall glass and serve.
  5. Yield: 1 serving
