Mignonette Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon coarsely ground white or black peppercorns (vary amount according to taste)
  • 1/2 cup white or red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped shallots or sweet onions
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
