Michelle's Hot Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cubed cooked chicken
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup toasted slivered almonds
  • 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon sliced green onion
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 2/3 cup crushed potato chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Mix chicken, celery, Cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, almonds, bacon, lemon juice, green onion, salt, and black pepper together in a 1 1/2-quart baking dish; top with potato chips.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven until cooked through and bubbling, about 20 minutes.
