Mesclun Salad with Stilton and Toasted Walnuts
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup sherry vinegar
- 2 tablespoons minced shallots
- Salt, pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1/4 cup walnut oil
- 1 pound mesclun salad
- 1 cup toasted walnuts
- Stilton cheese

Instructions
- Whisk together vinegar, shallots, salt and pepper. In a slow stream add the oils. Set aside. Toss together greens, walnuts and dressing. Serve with Stilton cheese.;
