Melon Aqua Fresca

Ingredients

  • 14 cups cubed melon, from 2 cantaloupes, honeydews, or crenshaws
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 3 tablespoons sugar, or to taste
  • 2 tablespoons mild honey

Instructions

  1. Ice cubes
  2. Puree all the ingredients, except the ice, in a blender, in 2 batches, until smooth. Strain through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher. Pour into glasses filled with ice and serve.
