Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup harissa sauce
  • 8 loin pork chops (1/2-inch thick)

Instructions

  1. In a large resealable plastic bag, combine marinade and pork chops. Marinate for at least 1 hour and up to 4 hours, refrigerated.
  2. Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Remove pork chops from bag, and discard marinade. Grill pork chops until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F on an instant-read thermometer, 5 to 6 minutes per side.
