Mango Shake
Ingredients
- 2 cups mango chunks
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 cup yogurt
- Ice cubes, as needed
- 1/8 teaspoon ground star anise, optional
- 1/8 teaspoon ground mint, optional

Instructions
- Put the mango chunks, sugar, yogurt, ice cubes, star anise, if using, and ground mint, if using into a blender and process until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Transfer and divide the mango shake between 2 glasses and serve.
