Mango Chutney Green Beans

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 12 ounces small string beans, stems removed and beans cut in half
  • Kosher salt and coarsely ground black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons mango chutney

Instructions

  2. Heat the coconut oil in a high-sided saute pan over medium heat. Stir in the green beans to coat. Season with salt and pepper, cover and cook until tender, 6 to 7 minutes. Add the mango chutney, stir and saute until thoroughly coated, 1 to 2 minutes more.
