Mango-Chile-Lime Lassi

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain whole milk yogurt
  • 1/4 cup sugar, optional, depending on the sweetness of the mango
  • 4 mangos, peeled and diced (or about 2 cups frozen mango chunks, thawed)
  • 1 lime, zested and juiced
  • 2 teaspoons chile powder
  • Large pinch cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 to 1 cup water, depending on how juicy the mangoes are
  • Pinch kosher or sea salt

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Serve in tall glasses and enjoy!
