Mango and Lime Lassi

Ingredients

  • 1 pound frozen mango, thawed
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 pint soft serve-style frozen vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice, from about 4 limes
  • Fresh lime slices, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the mango, milk, sugar, and yogurt. Blend until smooth. Add the lime juice and blend.
  2. Pour into 4 chilled glasses and garnish with fresh lime slices.
