Mango and Lime Lassi
Ingredients
- 1 pound frozen mango, thawed
- 1 cup milk
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 pint soft serve-style frozen vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice, from about 4 limes
- Fresh lime slices, for garnish

Instructions
- In a blender, combine the mango, milk, sugar, and yogurt. Blend until smooth. Add the lime juice and blend.
- Pour into 4 chilled glasses and garnish with fresh lime slices.
