Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped, pitted dates
  • 1 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 (8-ounce) carton low fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup crushed ice

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the dates, orange juice, banana, yogurt, and ice and whirl for 1 minute or 2 minutes until frothy and thick.
