Lemon Yogurt Sherbet

Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 vanilla bean, split
  • 1 1/4 cups simple syrup made from equal parts sugar and water
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon rind

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients. Chill 30 minutes then turn in an ice cream freezer.
