Lauren's Pink Tomato Salsa
Ingredients
- 5 tomatoes, chopped
- 3 bell peppers, stemmed, seeded, and chopped
- 2 onions, chopped
- 2 jalapenos, stemmed, seeded, and chopped
- 1 tablespoon crushed red pepper
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 bunch cilantro, leaves chopped
- Salt
- Pepper
- Chips, for serving

Instructions
- Combine the tomatoes, bell peppers, onion, jalapenos, crushed red pepper, lemon juice, lime juice, and cilantro in a medium saucepan. Bring to a simmer over low heat. Simmer until vegetables are tender, about 10 to 15 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool. Season, to taste, with salt and pepper.
