• 2 ounces sweet cream (heavy cream)
• Seltzer water
• 2 spoonfuls fresh peach ice cream

Instructions

1. In a 12-ounce glass (like any soda drink) add raspberry syrup, cream, and enough seltzer to leave room for ice cream. Top with ice cream. Charge 10 or 15 cents.
