Ingredients

  • 6 ounces dry white wine
  • 1 tablespoon crème de cassis
  • 2 or 3 ice cubes
  • Twist lemon peel

Instructions

  1. In a goblet or large wineglass combine all ingredients except the lemon peel and stir gently. Twist the peel to release the oil and then drop peel into the glass.
