Ingredients
- 6 ounces dry white wine
- 1 tablespoon crème de cassis
- 2 or 3 ice cubes
- Twist lemon peel

- In a goblet or large wineglass combine all ingredients except the lemon peel and stir gently. Twist the peel to release the oil and then drop peel into the glass.
