Kentucky-Style Mutton Dip
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons packed light brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper

Instructions
- Combine 4 cups water, the Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, lemon juice, allspice, garlic powder, onion powder, 1 1/2 teaspoons salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to medium low and simmer 5 minutes.
