Jalapeno Remoulade

Ingredients

  • 1 red jalapeno
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1 bunch scallions, tops only
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Fresh black pepper
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 2 cups fine mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Char the jalapeno over an open flame. Peel and seed the jalapeno then dice and place into a food processor. Roughly chop the celery, parsley and scallion tops and add them to the food processor then cover and puree. Scoop out into a large bowl and add remaining ingredients and mix together. Serve with batterfried NY Strip, filet mignon or onion rings.;
