Italian Sponge Cakes in 5
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup honey, eyeball it
- Splash of water
- 1 lemon, zested
- 4 individual sponge cake shells
- 1 pint vanilla ice cream
- 8 strawberries, hulled and sliced

Instructions
- Heat the honey, water and lemon zest in sauce pot or in microwave for 45 seconds-1 minute on high. Douse the cakes in equal amounts of sauce. Fill the shells with ice cream and top with sliced berries.
