- 1 cup grapefruit vodka
- 1/2 cup Aperol
- 1/2 cup freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
- Two 12-ounce cans Italian grapefruit soda, such as San Pellegrino Pompelmo
- Ice cubes, for serving
- Grapefruit wedges, for garnish

Instructions
- Special equipment: 6 highball glasses
- Chill 6 highball glasses in the freezer. Combine the vodka, Aperol and grapefruit juice in a large pitcher. Pour in the soda and stir gently. Serve over ice in the chilled glasses, garnished with grapefruit wedges.
