Ingredients

  • 1 cup grapefruit vodka
  • 1/2 cup Aperol
  • 1/2 cup freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
  • Two 12-ounce cans Italian grapefruit soda, such as San Pellegrino Pompelmo
  • Ice cubes, for serving
  • Grapefruit wedges, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Special equipment: 6 highball glasses
  2. Chill 6 highball glasses in the freezer. Combine the vodka, Aperol and grapefruit juice in a large pitcher. Pour in the soda and stir gently. Serve over ice in the chilled glasses, garnished with grapefruit wedges.
