Ismail's Coriander and Cardamom Drumsticks
Ingredients
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 1 cup olive oil
- 12 cardamom pods
- 12 cloves
- 1 teaspoon fresh coriander chutney
- 1 teaspoon garlic puree
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoons coarsely ground black pepper
- 16 chicken legs
- 1 cup water

Instructions
- In large pan, saute onions in oil with cardamom pods and cloves until onions just brown. Add chutney, garlic puree, salt, and pepper and sprinkle over drumsticks. Add water to pan, and cook over low heat for 30 to 40 minutes.;
