Instant Fruit Sorbet

Ingredients

  • 2 mangos, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch dice (2 cups)
  • 1 1/2 cups raspberries
  • 1/2 cup strawberries, stems removed
  • 2 cups freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place mangos, raspberries, and strawberries in a single layer on prepared baking sheet. Place in freezer until fruit is frozen, about 2 hours.
  2. Place frozen fruit, orange, lemon, and lime juices in blender. Process until smooth. Serve immediately, or place in molds and freeze 1 to 2 hours until firm, but not frozen solid.
