Insalata di Arance e Origano: Orange Salad with Oregano

Ingredients

  • 4 oranges
  • 20 kalamata olives
  • 1/4 cup/58 ml extra-virgin olive oil
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • Dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Slice the skin off each orange, removing both the peel and white skin or pith. Coarsely chop the oranges.
  2. Place the chopped oranges and olives in a salad bowl. Drizzle with extra-virgin olive oil, salt, pepper, and oregano. Toss well and serve.
