• 1 1/2 ounces brandy
• 1/2 ounce curaçao
• 1 egg yolk
• 4 ounces milk
• 3 or 4 ice cubes
• Nutmeg

Instructions

1. Combine all ingredients except the nutmeg in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Strain into an 8-ounce goblet, and grate a little nutmeg on top.
