Homemade Greek Yogurt Ranch Dipping Sauce
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons Parmesan
- 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 small clove garlic
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 3 tablespoons lowfat buttermilk

Instructions
- Add the yogurt, cheese, dill, vinegar, Italian seasoning, garlic and some salt and pepper in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
- Add the buttermilk and mix to incorporate. If the sauces is too thick, add a little more buttermilk.
