Homemade Greek Yogurt Ranch Dipping Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 small clove garlic
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons lowfat buttermilk

Instructions

  1. Add the yogurt, cheese, dill, vinegar, Italian seasoning, garlic and some salt and pepper in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
  2. Add the buttermilk and mix to incorporate. If the sauces is too thick, add a little more buttermilk.
