Herb-Crusted Polenta Rounds

Ingredients

  • Olive oil cooking spray
  • 16-ounce tube prepared polenta, sliced into 1/2-inch thick rounds
  • Salt and ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup minced fresh herbs

Instructions

  1. Oil grill or saute pan on medium-high heat.
  2. Season polenta with salt and pepper. Arrange polenta rounds in pan. Cook 7 to 10 minutes, turning once, until polenta rounds are golden brown and heated through.
  3. Sprinkle with fresh herbs and serve.
