Heirloom Tomato and Basil Salad
Ingredients
- 3 pounds assorted heirloom tomatoes
- 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 small bunch basil leaves, torn into pieces
- Coarse salt and freshly ground black pepper
