Hearty Coleslaw

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 pounds green cabbage, finely shredded (about 10 cups)
  • 2 large carrots, finely shredded
  • 1 1/2 cups reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup reduced-fat sour cream
  • 1/2 cup low-fat buttermilk
  • 1/4 cup Dijon-style mustard
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon celery seeds
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix cabbage and carrots in bowl. Whisk remaining ingredients in another bowl. Fold into cabbage mixture. Chill at least 3 hours.
