Ingredients

  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 3/4 cup pomegranate juice
  • 1/2 cup low-fat plain Greek-style yogurt
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup granular sucralose sweetener (such as Splenda®)
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Blend blueberries, pomegranate juice, yogurt, milk, oats, sweetener, and cinnamon together in a blender until smooth, about 2 minutes.
