• 3 ounces apple juice or cider
• 1 1/2 tablespoons lime juice
• 1/2 cup crushed ice
• Twist lime peel

1. Combine all ingredients except the peel in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Strain into a cocktail glass and drop in the peel.
