Guava Granita
Ingredients
- 2 cups guava nectar, such as Goya
- 1 cup spiced rum
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 1/2 cup orange juice

Instructions
- Combine the guava nectar, rum, lime juice and orange juice in a 9-by-13-inch baking dish. Cover with plastic wrap and place in the freezer. Stir every 30 minutes, breaking up the larger frozen chunks. Repeat this process until slushy, about 3 hours. Scoop and serve.
