Guava and Papaya Mimosas

Ingredients

  • 1 cup guava nectar, chilled
  • 1 cup papaya nectar, chilled
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 bottle sparkling wine, chilled
  • Diced guava or papaya, optional

Instructions

  1. Divide the guava and papaya nectars among 4 chilled champagne flutes or coupes. Stir well. Stir about 1 teaspoon of the lime juice into each glass. Top off the glasses with sparkling wine and garnish with diced fruit if desired. Serve immediately.
