Guava and Mango Shake

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peeled, chopped Florida guava
  • 1 mango, peeled, chopped
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon coconut cream
  • 1 lemon, juice only
  • 2 cups low-fat milk
  • 1/2 cup crushed ice
  • Mint sprigs, for garnish

Instructions

  3. Serve with sprig of mint.
