Grilled Radicchio

Ingredients

  • 2 heads radicchio, quartered
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil, for drizzling
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat a grill to high.
  2. Season the radicchio with the balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper.
  3. Place the radicchio on the grill for about a minute on each side, watching it carefully, as it can burn very easily. Drizzle the radicchio with olive oil. Serve hot.
