Green-Grape Juice
Ingredients
- 4 cups green grapes (about 1 1/4 pounds; preferably seedless)
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

Instructions
- In a blender, blend grapes and lemon juice until very smooth, about 1 minute. Pour mixture through a sieve into a bowl, pressing hard on solids.
- Serve grape juice over ice in tall glasses.
