Grapes with Yogurt Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 ripe small banana, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 cup plain whole milk yogurt
- Superfine sugar to taste
- Dash of rum
- 1 1/2 cups red seedless grapes, rinsed and halved
- Mint leaves, or chopped pistachio nuts for garnish

Instructions
- Puree banana with yogurt and season with some superfine sugar and a dash of rum. Spoon into the bottom of wine glasses and spoon grapes over the top; garnish with mint or pistachios.
