Grapefruit in a Simple Rosemary Syrup

Ingredients

  • 1 pink grapefruit, cut into supremes
  • 1 white grapefruit, cut into supremes
  • 1 cup grapefruit juice
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary

Instructions

  1. Combine grapefruit juice, sugar and rosemary in a small saucepan. Simmer the mixture until reduced by one third. Place the supremed grapefruits in 4 small bowls, drizzle with the syrup.
